More than 24 hours before pickup

Full refund, no questions asked.

12 – 24 hours before pickup

Half the booking amount is refunded.

Less than 12 hours before pickup

No refund applicable for last-minute cancellations.

How to Cancel a Booking

Go to your Bookings page from your profile.

Select the booking you wish to cancel.

Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm your choice.

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Additional Notes

  • Security deposits are refunded separately within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
  • Add-on charges (e.g. child seat, GPS) are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown or unavailability on our end, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of timing.
  • Cancellations made after the vehicle has been delivered are not eligible for a refund.
